# What If I Purchased the Wrong Plan?

When making a first purchase, users may sometimes select the wrong proxy type due to a lack of familiarity with the differences between proxy types or uncertainty about which type best fits their business needs. Not to worry — 9HTTP supports plan exchange services for exactly this situation.

If you've purchased the wrong proxy plan as described above, please contact us via email at **<support@9http.com>** with the following information:

1. Your 9HTTP account nickname and email address
2. The plan you currently purchased
3. The order number for your current plan
4. The plan you'd like to switch to
5. Please let us know the reason for the incorrect purchase, as this helps us improve our service and prevent similar issues in the future

Once we receive your email, a dedicated member of our team will contact you to process the plan exchange.
